CACI is seeking a motivated Power Platform (Power Apps) Developer to join our Virginia Beach Naval Engineering and Mission Support team. You'll be a key player supporting our data transformation efforts, taking legacy processes built on tools like Excel and Access and re-imagining them within the Microsoft Power Platform.

If you enjoy analyzing problems, designing creative solutions, and building user-centric applications using the Power Platform, this role offers a unique chance to contribute to a critical mission while growing your skills. Responsibilities: Analyze and assess existing tools, including Excel tracking spreadsheets, MS Access databases, other legacy tools to develop more modern, scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Migrate and potentially restructure data from existing sources (Excel, Access, etc.) into target platform data solutions such as SharePoint Lists or Dataverse

Lead the transformation efforts, ensuring data is transitioned from existing formats into newly selected data solutions. Optimize database structures and ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the transformation process. Develop, configure, and manage SharePoint Lists and other data storage solutions to enable team-wide sharing and data access.

Connect relevant data sources to Power BI to design and implement dashboards and reports for data insights. Design and implement intuitive user interfaces using Microsoft Power Apps. Create Power Automate flows to automate tasks and improve process efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance data efficiency and accessibility. Build analytical tools to pull data from the modernized systems, enabling advanced reporting, trend analysis, and decision-making insights. Qualifications: U.S

Citizenship Active Secret Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one. Minimum bachelor's degree in a field related to computer or information science. Minimum of 2 years' related experience.

Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform. Experience working with data in formats including Excel and Access. Working knowledge of relational database concepts and basic SQL.

Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused approach. Desired: Familiarity with scripting languages including VBA, JavaScript, and Power Fx.
