Job Description Now Hiring: Seasoned Bookkeeper (Part-Time) Location: Weatherford, TX Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Paid Weekly) A well-established local construction company is seeking a sharp, skilled, and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. We need someone who can step in with confidence, take ownership of the books, and help get our financial records organized and back on track. If you're experienced, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing order to busy offices, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Online Maintain accurate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records Review and manage Aging Reports Prepare and send customer invoices Process payments and post deposits Perform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems Verify financial records for accuracy and completeness Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare financial reports for management Maintain vendor files and customer account records Track job costs and project expenses (construction experience is a plus) Process lien waivers, W-9s, and vendor documentation Assist with payroll reporting, if needed Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and office staff Perform general administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: Proven bookkeeping experience (construction industry preferred) Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online Advanced knowledge of Accounts Receivable Aging Reports Experience performing weekly reconciliations Strong invoicing and collections experience Excellent organizational and filing skills Current Notary Public certification preferred High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and time management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) We're Looking For Someone Who: Can hit the ground running with little training Takes initiative and ownership of their work Enjoys cleaning up and organizing accounting records Is dependable, trustworthy, and professional Thrives in a fast-paced construction office environment Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: Part-Time Weekly Pay #FW333.
