Job description

IDR is seeking an Office 365 Administrator to join one of our top clients for a long-term opportunity in Buckhead.
Position Overview for the Office 365 Administrator:

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, including Office 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Manage Microsoft licensing assignments, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and ensure accurate license provisioning across the organization.
  • Perform hands-on configuration changes, troubleshooting, and Level 2 support to maintain a secure, stable, and efficient Microsoft environment.
  • Lead Microsoft-related projects, including solution design, implementation, documentation, and operational handoff to support teams.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to improve Digital Workplace services, governance, security, and operational excellence.
Requirements for the Office 365 Administrator:
  • 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365/Office 365 in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft licensing administration.
  • Experience managing user onboarding/offboarding processes, license provisioning, and identity management.
  • Experience leading Microsoft 365 projects, including solution design, implementation, documentation, and operational support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience performing hands-on configuration changes and Level 2 support.
