Avanade seeks a Microsoft Licensing Sales Specialist to generate sales and drive revenue with and through our strategic partner, Microsoft, by deal-shaping our Azure/Cloud/CSP licensing deals, expanding business leads to achieve revenue and partner services, resulting in profit growth.

You will support customer licensing opportunities from lead generation through deal closure. You will develop and execute licensing models and assist in building strong customer relationships. What you'll do

As the Microsoft Licensing Specialist, you will have demonstrated success in the Partner Ecosystem and Sales roles within Information Technology and the Digital Transformation space. You are a strong Microsoft Licensing professional with deep experience specializing in all Microsoft platforms and their licensing models.

Your Day-to-Day Activities Include...

  • Drive Microsoft Licensing by working closely with the Global Partner Ecosystem Team, Regional Ecosystem Leads, and the APAC Partner Ecosystem Sales Leader.

  • Maintain area-level relationships with Microsoft Licensing teams and Avanade Sales and Delivery teams.

  • Generate licensing opportunities through Avanade services pursuits and partner relationships.

  • Embed yourself into the Sales lifecycle and support Sales teams and deal pursuits.

  • Support the area-level Microsoft licensing revenue pipeline and Microsoft Azure Resale.

  • Lead area CSP initiatives and successfully execute in the APAC.

  • Work with Area Solution Area and Offering Leads to validate licensing and inclusion in client proposals.

  • Work with the Alliance and Ecosystem COE to establish contacts and SLAs within support teams and to create and update supporting materials.
