Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures:
  • Compliance Program - Audits, Agendas, Minutes, Tracking, Compliance Questionnaires, etc.
  • Gaming expert for Race & Sports Book, Ancillary Games, Poker, Associated Equipment, etc.
  • Obtain regulatory approval of new systems and/or games.
  • Open gaming license application files using the Department's standard method.
  • Complete gaming license applications, including investigation as needed.
  • Prepare and submit responses to GCB document requests in relation to gaming license applicants.
  • Organize all materials related to gaming license application filings; track submitted, pending, granted, and withdrawn applications.
  • Handle miscellaneous regulatory requests as they are received.
  • Quarterly Equity Ownership Reports.
  • Conduct special investigations.
  • Tribal Gaming expert.
  • Prepare and file 8.130's.
  • Prepare and file Foreign Gaming Reports.
  • Prepare and file Independent Agent documents.

Qualifications:
  • At least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to listen and effectively communicate with Team Members, Management and Guests in both verbal and written form.
  • Ability to work independently and without daily, direct supervision and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient use of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to obtain any required licenses/work cards. Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to multiple properties and perform job duties.
