The role: 
Join Meridian’s dynamic Programming & Development team as a CRM Software Developer, where you’ll contribute to the design, development, and integration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that drive business success, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring other developers.

What You’ll Do:
  • Contribute to technical design, coding, and testing for CRM applications and integrations.
  • Work with a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Analyze requirements and architect scalable, secure solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET, and Azure.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and in-house applications to enhance CRM functionality.
  • Integrate CRM with external systems via APIs and Azure services.
  • Manage solution lifecycle across development, test, and production environments using CI/CD pipelines and Git.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications, driving continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients and partners to align technology with business goals.
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews to uphold best practices.
What You Bring
  • 5-10+ years of relevant software development experience.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET, C#, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
  • Proven experience with enterprise systems integration, configuration management, and build processes.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (ADLC, COBIT) and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt to changing needs, and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Member-focused mindset, integrity, and a proactive approach to work.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and on-call as required.

Salary Range: $79,100.00 to $118,700.00 CAD
Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the role’s requirements may be placed higher within the range. Your recruiter will share more information about our total rewards package during the hiring process.

Office Location:  Toronto Corporate Office with the ability to travel to our St. Catharines office as needed. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
