Job Summary

The ERP System Specialist is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. This role ensures that all departments—from finance to operations—have a seamless, integrated data flow. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting data issues and inventory issues, as well as training users to maximize the platform's potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for technical issues, resolving bugs and coordinating with external software vendors when necessary.
  • Data Integrity: Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy across the system and assist in data migration or integration with third-party tools.
  • Training: Develop training manuals and lead onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure consistent system usage across all locations.
  • System Information: Updating and maintaining system BOM’s and inventory, working with production to confirm and maintain BOM and inventory accuracy.


Qualifications

  • Education: Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience utilizing ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Global Shop, or industry-specific agricultural software).
  • Technical Skills:* Proficiency in SQL, report writing, and data analysis.
