Job Title: CRM Administrator I

Position Overview

The CRM Administrator I is responsible for Salesforce platform administration, configuration support, security maintenance, data governance execution, reporting enablement, and release support. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT, commercial operations, sales, marketing, and senior CRM leadership to maintain a reliable, user-friendly, and scalable CRM platform that supports commercial execution and pipeline visibility.

Location

Remote. The ideal candidate is based in Florida.

What you will do

Salesforce Administration & Configuration Manage user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, queues, licenses, and related access controls according to governance standards. Configure fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, flows, list views, custom settings, reports, and dashboards within approved scope. Maintain sandbox and production readiness for assigned configuration changes and monitor system configuration for consistency, usability, and alignment with approved business processes.

Release, Testing & Enhancement Support

Support CRM enhancement intake, requirements clarification, configuration, testing, release documentation, and post-release monitoring. Partner with senior CRM resources and IT to test integrations, workflow changes, data updates, and new features. Create testing scripts, coordinate UAT sessions, and document outcomes, defects, and follow-up actions while following deployment standards and change management processes.

Data Governance, Reporting & Analytics

Administer data quality rules, required fields, validation logic, duplicate management, and reporting standards. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting templates that improve visibility into pipeline health, customer engagement, commercial activity, and sales performance. Support data imports, exports, enrichment, deduplication, and migration activities as needed, partnering with commercial stakeholders to ensure CRM reporting reflects business requirements and governance expectations.

User Enablement & Support

Provide intermediate-level troubleshooting for CRM users across commercial teams and regions. Create and deliver targeted training on CRM processes, dashboards, data expectations, and new features. Maintain administrator documentation, configuration notes, and support procedures, serving as a subject matter resource for CRM usage standards and user adoption activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field preferred. 5-7 years of CRM, Salesforce administration, sales operations, commercial operations, business systems, or related experience. Salesforce certification required. Hands-on Salesforce administration experience with users, permissions, fields, page layouts, flows, reports, dashboards, and data management. Power BI, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, or integration support experience preferred. Strong Excel skills and experience with data quality, imports, exports, and reporting. Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated B2B commercial environments preferred. Ability to work across time zones as required for global CRM support, releases, or deployments required.

The hiring range for this position is: $74,250 - $123,750, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
