As our new Engineering Manager (gn) Microsoft Dynamics 365 | CRM / CE, your mission will be to elevate engineering excellence, drive platform maturity, and deliver reliable, high‑impact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization.

Practical Information

Location: Warsaw, Poland or Belgrad, Serbia or Germany (preferred Leipzig or Berlin area) | Work arrangement: Hybrid | Contract type: Full-time | Reporting to: Director of Software Engineering | Language requirements: Fluent/professional English, written and verbal

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform
  • Drive the strategic evolution of our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform by developing forward‑looking concepts - including the integration of innovations such as AI - to ensure the CRM landscape scales with SoftwareOne’s future growth
  • Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Contribute hands‑on to design, implementation, documentation and testing
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and, where needed, external partners to deliver impactful solutions
What we need to see from you
  • Proven experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments
  • Solid understanding of enterprise CRM ecosystems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service and Power Platform
  • Experience designing and implementing sales processes using Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service
  • Familiarity with agile software development practices (SCRUM, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication skills (English on C-Level), analytical mindset, and a structured, solution‑oriented workstyle
