Job Title: GenAI Agentic AI Developer
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Job Summary Seeking an experienced GenAI Agentic AI Developer to develop, enhance, fine-tune, and extend GenAI agents and orchestrators supporting SDLC-related use cases. The role involves working within the Microsoft ecosystem to build practical AI-driven solutions that improve requirements analysis, user story generation, backlog management, and overall software delivery productivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, fine-tune, and extend GenAI agents and orchestrators for SDLC-related use cases.
  • Build and support agent-based solutions that convert business requirements documents (BRDs), enhancement requests, trouble tickets, and ServiceNow-style inputs into structured user stories.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to enhance existing agents and orchestration frameworks.
  • Adapt user story and queue agent capabilities to support evolving business use cases and product development needs.
  • Support automation initiatives that reduce manual effort for business analysts and improve backlog readiness.
  • Evolve agent capabilities for backlog grooming, prioritization support, and requirements clarification.
  • Develop solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, Azure, GitHub, and related AI development tools.
  • Provide thought leadership on agentic AI capabilities and opportunities for expansion.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver meaningful AI-enabled outcomes.
Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, AI agents, and AI orchestration.
  • Experience building or extending agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar Microsoft AI platforms.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot development environments.
  • Experience developing AI solutions for SDLC use cases such as requirements analysis, user story generation, backlog management, and productivity improvement.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with the ability to work directly with engineers on implementation, tuning, and enhancement of AI agents.
  • Ability to understand application and product context to ensure AI-generated outputs are relevant and actionable.
  • Strong collaboration skills with business users, software engineers, and delivery stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for applying agentic AI to improve productivity and software delivery outcomes.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SDLC automation, requirements engineering, user story generation, ticket analysis, or backlog management.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for intake analysis and conversion of tickets into actionable backlog items.
  • Familiarity with product development streams and business-facing automation use cases.
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI pilots or early-stage GenAI adoption initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration.
  • Experience with:
    • Microsoft Copilot Studio
    • GitHub Copilot ecosystem
    • Azure and Microsoft AI tooling
