The contractor shall provide IT Infrastructure support services, which includes Tier 1 Help Desk, Tier 2 End User Support, Tier 3 Server, Platform, and Network Infrastructure Support and Engineering. Services shall include, but are not limited to, technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues; incident and problem resolution; service request management; infrastructure monitoring and support; hardware and software lifecycle support; and management of escalation across all tiers.
Position Description: Responsible for managing and maintaining the agency's Microsoft-based IT infrastructure. This role includes overseeing the deployment, configuration, and support of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 (O365), SharePoint, Teams, and Azure. The administrator ensures the secure, stable, and efficient operation of these systems by performing regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting tasks.
Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure system integrity and security. • Providing hands-on support across infrastructure, assisting with server provisioning, network setup, and troubleshooting as needed
• Work collaboratively across teams, stepping in to support other staff and contribute across systems, endpoint, and infrastructure domains
• Operate in a flexible, multi-disciplinary role supporting both engineering and operational activities in physical server/network/storage environments
