Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range $56.75hr - $61.75hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments.
  • Extensive experience with Office 365 applications for end users and end user devices with an emphasis on security tools and applications.
  • Extensive experience in desktop support of Microsoft products as well as software management used by end user devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Enroll and manage Windows, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and macOS devices into Office 365.
  • Package and deploy Win32, line-of-business (LOB), and store apps in Intune to create new installs and update currently installed software packages.
  • Set up Windows Update for Business rings and feature updates.
  • Create and deploy sensitivity labels to classify, restrict, and encrypt documents.
  • Configure trainable classifiers, exact data match (EDM), and sensitive information types.
  • Understand Microsoft 365 license tiers (E3, E5, Business Premium) to know what features are available and evaluate features for secure implementation.
  • Establish applicable security policies and best practices and baselines to onboard devices.
  • Inventory, remediate installed software vulnerabilities and update software installed on end user devices.
