Job description

ISOCNET is growing, and we’re looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator who wants more than just another IT role. This position is ideal for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving real problems, working directly with customers, and growing into a specialized role over time or expanding into other IT areas beyond Microsoft.

If you’re passionate about Microsoft 365, cybersecurity best practices, and delivering an exceptional customer experience — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage, support, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments for small to mid-sized business clients
  • Administer Exchange, Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint, Teams, licensing, and security settings
  • Implement and support security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender tools
  • Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and see them through to resolution
  • Work directly with customers, translating technical solutions into clear, practical outcomes
  • Collaborate with customers and project teams on migrations, improvements, and automation

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Solid understanding of identity, security, and user management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to keep learning
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus (or willingness to earn them)

Why ISOCNET?

  • Room to Grow: This role is designed to evolve — advance into engineering, security specialization, managed services or other technical leadership roles
  • Real Impact: You won’t be a ticket number; you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients
  • Supportive Team: Work with experienced professionals who value collaboration and mentorship
  • Stability & Innovation: Over 30 years in business with a strong future focused on Microsoft, security, and AI
