Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hourly Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer experiences
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team
  • Oversee inventory control, food safety protocols, and proper food handling practices to maintain compliance with health regulations
  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
  • Lead shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours and resolving any operational issues promptly
  • Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a strong hospitality team
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability

Experience

  • Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food service management and supervising teams
  • Extensive experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management in casual dining or fine dining settings
  • Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required
  • Strong background in inventory control, food safety management, and adhering to health regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, training staff, and supervising daily restaurant operations
  • Prior roles involving restaurant management, shift management, catering or banquet experience are highly desirable
