Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hourly Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and motivate staff to achieve their best. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while maintaining a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality customer experiences
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team
  • Oversee inventory control, food safety protocols, and proper food handling practices to maintain compliance with health regulations
  • Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
  • Lead shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours and resolving any operational issues promptly
  • Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a strong hospitality team
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability

Experience

  • Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food service management and supervising teams
  • Extensive experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management in casual dining or fine dining settings
  • Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required
  • Strong background in inventory control, food safety management, and adhering to health regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams, training staff, and supervising daily restaurant operations
  • Prior roles involving restaurant management, shift management, catering or banquet experience are highly desirable
