Neos is Seeking a QA Test Manager/ UAT Lead for a long-term contract role with our client in Austin, TX.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Worker(s) will provide the following services:
Perform advanced Test Manager work as a member of IT Project Management Office (PMO).
Perform highly advanced analysis and testing tasks related to software development.
Responsible for activities during all phases of the system development life cycle including analyzing, diagnosing and resolving reported software problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients.
Define and review the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy specific to TWC UAT scope (guidance to team for Unified Compliance Frameworks (UCFs) as well), and resources and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) testing to be aligned.
Coordinate each UCF with business SMEs.
Review UAT Test Cases received from Vendor with SMEs.
Work with business users and SMEs to create and update test cases and execute testing.
Act as the main point of contact between IT, business users, and the development team.
Lead triages, tracking, prioritizing, and managing defects.
Provide and review updates on UAT progress and results.
Provide project status updates, progress on defects, and check progress on requirement traceability and coverage.
Ensure exit criteria are met and obtain final sign-off from the business.
Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.

5 years Experience and understanding of the full software life-cycle with specific emphasis on the testing discipline
