Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead market expansion for DPBIOโ€™s antibody discovery platform across the Western North America region (U.S. West Coast and Western Canada).

This role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding DPBIOโ€™s presence within biotech, pharmaceutical, and antibody discovery ecosystems in the western territory.

Essential Duties

ยท Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

ยท Client Support: Oversee and manage all aspects of customer support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

ยท Market Insights: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Use insights to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings.

ยท Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings and reviews to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

ยท Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, support metrics, and market developments to senior management. Utilize data to drive decision-making and strategic planning.

ยท Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and support procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

ยท Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within East Coast of the United States to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

ยท Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with DPBioโ€™s overall business objectives, ensuring effective market penetration and competitive positioning.

ยท Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Provide exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

Territory & Commercial Ownership๏ผš Lead market expansion for DPBIOโ€™s antibody discovery platform across Western North America.

Extensive experience in the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical consultation through negotiation and successful deal closure

Documented track record of closing complex, high-value scientific or platform-based deals

Antibody Domain Expertise (Required)๏ผš5+ years of experience in the antibody discovery or biologics development field

Cell Sorting & Single-Cell Knowledge Flow cytometry and FACS platforms

Established relationships within Antibody-focused biotech companies๏ผŒ Immunology research groups๏ผŒ Biologics discovery teams
