This position operates in a dynamic remote setting, primarily collaborating with school personnel, children, and their families across Corona, California. You will engage in innovative practices to meet the varied needs of students, tailoring your approach to create supportive connections and educational opportunities. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students and their families.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams to monitor student outcomes and implement effective treatment strategies with consistency.
• Provide vital support to families to promote their children’s development and well-being, utilizing resources and evidence-based techniques.
• Establish rapport and trust with children, families, and team members to enhance the effectiveness of interventions in a supportive learning environment.
• Deliver guidance and coaching to families, helping them acquire skills that foster their child's development and adjustment.
• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching strategies to reach diverse learning styles and optimize engagement.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of all staff and those we serve.

This role is focused primarily on children in early intervention settings. You will work closely with families to address developmental delays and emotional challenges, providing tailored support that meets the unique needs of each child. As part of our commitment to holistic care, you will create individualized treatment plans to promote optimal outcomes for our young clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active LCSW licensure in California is mandatory to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.
• Strong communication skills that foster collaboration and trust with families, colleagues, and educators.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple cases effectively.
• Respectfulness, empathy, and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this role.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges they face, particularly in educational contexts.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and how they can be applied in an educational setting.
