• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of children and their families.
• Monitor and document outcomes as a collaborative member of the team, ensuring that interventions are effective and addressing individual treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, offering strategies to foster the child’s development and learning.
• Utilize natural environment teaching methods and the coaching model to engage children effectively in their learning interactions.
• Build rapport and trust with children and parents, creating a safe and supportive environment conducive to positive interactions and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to protect all staff and clients while delivering services.

This role primarily focuses on children from diverse backgrounds who are in need of early intervention services. Our clients often face various challenges, including developmental delays, emotional disturbances, and social difficulties. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be expected to adapt your techniques and approaches to meet the specific needs and learning styles of each child, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and effective.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, paired with an active LCSW license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically working with children in early intervention settings, showcasing your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage families in the treatment process.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 120,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
