Reflections Counseling Clinic is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our Behavioral Health Team. In this full-time remote position, you will provide essential mental health services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to a diverse population. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of diverse populations.
• Conduct assessments to determine client needs, ensuring adherence to medical necessity and DSM-V diagnostic criteria.
• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups, parenting classes, and other workshops tailored to client needs.
• Complete comprehensive client case documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and statistical reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members for holistic client care and adhere to contractual obligations regarding billing a specified amount of reimbursable hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work at Reflections Counseling Clinic will center on supporting children and their families facing mental health challenges. You will engage with clients experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma, ensuring that each individual receives personalized care that meets their specific needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive mindset in managing documentation and billing processes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with children and family units, particularly in a telehealth environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated capability in developing and leading educational workshops.

Compensation and Benefits
