Job description

Closer - AE - High-Ticket Coaching

This is not a traditional sales job, and it’s not for everyone.

We’re hiring a High-Ticket Closer to take over the sales calls our founder has personally been running, closing new students into Alpha Host Academy, our high-ticket Airbnb and short-term rental coaching program.

You’ll never start from a cold list. Our setters and paid ads feed you a strong base of warm, pre-qualified, inbound booked calls. But the closers who win here own their pipeline. When you’re not on a live call, you’re on the phone: following up with people you’ve already talked to and dialing our existing leads to book your own appointments. You take great conversations and turn them into enrolled students, and you go create more at-bats whenever your calendar has room.

Your job is simple to understand, but not easy to master:

Take the call. Build trust. Handle the objection. Collect the cash. Follow up relentlessly.

If you’re a proven closer who’s tired of bad leads, broken CRMs, and offers you don’t believe in, and you want a seat where the only ceiling is your own close rate and how hard you work the phones, then keep reading.

Compensation:

$130,000 - $200,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

THE MISSION

Drive revenue and hit close rate KPIs by closing inbound sales calls and recovering leads who didn’t close the first time.

This happens by:

  • Closing warm, pre-booked inbound sales calls into new students

  • Following up and resetting leads who didn’t close the first time, because the money is in the follow-up

  • Working the pipeline yourself: when you’re not on a live call, you’re dialing existing leads to book and take your own

  • Keeping a clean CRM and an accurate, honest pipeline

  • Executing every day with consistency, urgency, and ownership

OUTCOMES & KPIs

You’ll be measured on results, not effort.

Daily Expectations

  • Take ~5 inbound calls/day (~100/month), keeping ~30 open 60-minute slots on your calendar each week

  • Between calls, you’re on the phone: following up and dialing pipeline leads to fill your own calendar. Idle time is selling time

  • Work your follow-up pipeline every single day

  • Attend the daily team huddle (Mon-Fri, 12:00 PM PST, Zoom)

  • Submit an end-of-day report

  • Keep your CRM, projections, and tracking sheets fully updated

  • If revenue targets aren’t being hit, activity standards (calls taken, follow-ups completed, pipeline hygiene) will be enforced, and yes, that can mean extra hours until you’re back on track.

Qualifications:

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have closed high-ticket offers over the phone/Zoom, and have the numbers to prove it
  • Stay calm and consultative under pressure; you sell through trust, not hype
  • Pick up the phone without being told: when the calendar’s light, you’d rather go create three more conversations than wait for tomorrow
  • Love a clean scoreboard and getting paid for exactly what you produce
  • Are relentless on follow-up, because you know that’s where the fortune is
  • Believe in education and want to close an offer that actually changes lives

Experience

  • High-ticket phone/Zoom closing experience strongly preferred ($3,000+ offers, ideally $5,000+)
  • A verifiable track record: close rate, cash collected, references
  • Real estate / STR knowledge is a plus, not a requirement. We’ll make you an expert on the offer
  • We’ll consider an exceptional, hungry, coachable rep with strong fundamentals even without a high-ticket résumé, but you’ll need to prove it fast

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

  • You need a steady paycheck with no performance pressure
  • You expect a full calendar handed to you and go idle the moment it’s not, instead of picking up the phone to fill it yourself
  • You go cold the moment someone says, “Let me think about it.”
  • You let follow-up slip or leave your CRM a mess
  •  You want to clock in, clock out, and coast

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week) with the freedom to build your own calendar, as long as you keep enough open slots to take ~30 calls/week
  • Responsive on Slack 8 AM-6 PM PST
  • Daily huddle Mon-Fri, 12:00 PM PST
  • Remote. Work from anywhere, with PST-overlapping hours
