This position is a remote full-time role, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while also maintaining a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough mental health evaluations and determining appropriate diagnosis for clients.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Maintaining accurate, ongoing documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes according to company policies.
  • Managing a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering exceptional service that prioritizes their therapeutic goals.
  • Utilizing innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health outcomes.
  • Engaging in effective collaboration with case managers, families, medical staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive care.
  • Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and maintaining stable professional boundaries with clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your experience and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds will be crucial in providing culturally competent care. This role emphasizes the importance of understanding unique family dynamics and individual histories to best support clients in their therapeutic journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
  • An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
  • Ability to demonstrate professional boundaries with clients, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
  • Experience working with a range of client demographics and mental health disorders.
