This position is a remote full-time role, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while also maintaining a work-life balance. Our clinic operates an outpatient facility that complements our telehealth services, providing a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations and determining appropriate diagnosis for clients.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintaining accurate, ongoing documentation, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes according to company policies.
• Managing a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering exceptional service that prioritizes their therapeutic goals.
• Utilizing innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their mental health outcomes.
• Engaging in effective collaboration with case managers, families, medical staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and maintaining stable professional boundaries with clients.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your experience and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds will be crucial in providing culturally competent care. This role emphasizes the importance of understanding unique family dynamics and individual histories to best support clients in their therapeutic journeys.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Ability to demonstrate professional boundaries with clients, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Experience working with a range of client demographics and mental health disorders.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar mental health role, especially with children, adolescents, couples, and families.
• Prior experience with treatment planning, discharges, and comprehensive clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with community resources and ability to facilitate effective referrals.
• Experience with fee collection procedures while maintaining a focus on client care and billing accuracy.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, based on your qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
