As a remote LMFT at Micro Precision Counseling Center, you will have the flexibility to design a work schedule that fits your lifestyle while maintaining full-time status. Our virtual setting allows for convenient patient interaction through telehealth services, alongside opportunities for in-person sessions at our outpatient office. • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, diagnosing client conditions, and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to address specific needs.
• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing both individual and group therapy services that empower clients to achieve measurable goals.
• Prepare detailed session notes and treatment plan updates in adherence to company policies, ensuring accurate documentation for compliance and client care continuity.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and ensure all treatment aspects are addressed.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client while promoting a supportive therapeutic environment.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a varied client demographic, including children, adolescents, couples, and families dealing with a spectrum of issues such as relationship stress, trauma, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Your role as an LMFT will be crucial in fostering resilience and restoring harmony within family systems.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong background in family therapy methodologies and knowledge of community resources available to support clients.
• Proficiency in mental health documentation, including developing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

• Past experience working with diverse populations in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.
• Demonstrable skills in establishing and maintaining therapeutic boundaries with clients.
• A track record of developing creative interventions that cater to the individual needs of clients.

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
