Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing both individual and group therapy services that empower clients to achieve measurable goals.
  • Prepare detailed session notes and treatment plan updates in adherence to company policies, ensuring accurate documentation for compliance and client care continuity.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and ensure all treatment aspects are addressed.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client while promoting a supportive therapeutic environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus
