We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Micro-Electronics Assembler to support our client’s advanced manufacturing operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, building precision components, and taking pride in seeing their craftsmanship become part of real-world systems.

Our client specializes in the development and manufacturing of critical systems and technologies for commercial aircraft, defense programs, space systems, and medical devices. As a Micro-Electronics Assembler, you’ll play a hands-on role in building sophisticated prototype hardware and supporting the development of next-generation technologies.

Your work will directly contribute to product design and validation while partnering closely with engineering teams to bring innovative concepts from the development stage to functional hardware. What You'll Do: 
  • Assemble and solder electronic components under a microscope using SMT, through-hole, and fine-gauge wire techniques, including 28–36 AWG wire.
  • Perform microscope-assisted soldering at 10x–40x magnification in accordance with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, parts lists, and verbal engineering instructions to perform complex assembly, rework, and test-equipment builds.
  • Perform board-level rework and touch-up, magnetics winding, wire and cable harness assembly, bonding, modification, and repair of electronic units.
  • Build and modify holding apparatus/tooling jigs, automated test equipment (ATE), and manual test equipment.
                                 
Schedule: Monday - Friday:
  • 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm          

Micro-Electronics Assembler Requirements:
  • 4+ years of electronics assembly experience
  • Previous experience performing microscope-assisted assembly and soldering
  • Demonstrated ability to crimp, wire, and terminal solder
  • Ability to follow detailed repair and rework procedures.
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR
