The Account Executive is responsible for managing accounts across defined sales territories. They leverage consultative selling approaches to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, facilitate communication on customerโ€™s business problems, and meet/exceed sales quotas. They also use a consultative approach to educate customers and assist in sales process improvements. The selected candidate must reside in Michigan.

What youโ€™ll be working on
  • Grow and expand relationships with SME/SMB clients across defined sales territories, and meets/exceeds assigned sales quotas
  • Leverages consultative selling approaches to identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and customersย 
  • Works with partner sales personnel to extend reach and drive adoption of the Barracuda products and solutionsย 
  • Delivers effective sales demonstration and presentations, covering the Barracuda Networks portfolio effectivelyย 
  • Supports in creating clear goals and complete accurate forecasting through developing a detailed territory plansย 
  • Facilitates complex accounts and transaction reporting to the account managers and leadership teamย 
  • Maintains continuity and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect target marketsย 
  • Meets sales objectives and supports in development of go to market strategy for partnershipย 
  • Utilizes a consultative selling approach to educate channel partners and end-users and provide timely follow-up, closure and tracking of all identified opportunitiesย 
  • Leverages specialized sales knowledge in breadth and depth to a variety of issues/projects within the teamย 
  • Works in a project-oriented manner contributing towards team-level goalsย 
  • Works closely with account management teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutionsย

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
