Associate Dentist – Upper Peninsula, Michigan

Fee-for-Service | High Demand | $300K+ Potential

An exceptional opportunity is available for an Associate Dentist to join a thriving, solo private practice in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. This practice is the only dental office within approximately 50 miles, resulting in extremely high patient demand, strong production, and outstanding collections. The environment is community-focused, non-corporate, and built on long-term patient relationships and clinical integrity.


Practice Highlights
  • Established private practice (opened late 2025)
  • Only dental provider in the area with consistent patient overflow
  • Averaging ~4 new patients per day
  • Fee-for-service only (no Medicaid, no insurance networks)
  • Patients routinely travel 1+ hour for care
  • Strong collections:
    • 80–90% collected at time of service
    • Minimal accounts receivable
    • Over $500K in revenue generated in the past 3 months

Associate Dentist Role

Schedule

  • Transition to production-based compensation when ready:
