They are a global recruitment firm. Description Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Leverage various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process. Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas of improvement. Profile A successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner should have: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the agency space.
