Description:

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Project Manager to support onsite in the Arlington, VA area.


For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.


This position is contingent upon contract award.


How Role will make an impact:

  • Direct the planning, coordination, and execution of IT program management and enterprise integration efforts supporting the contract, applying Project Management Institute (PMI) principles to schedule and cost management.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, contracts, and systems to ensure consistent alignment with contract requirements and mission objectives.
  • Support governance forums, working groups, and integrated program reviews, preparing materials and documentation necessary for informed decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules (IMS), ensuring accurate tracking of milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Establish and administer task-tracking protocols, including CIO office Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), to monitor progress, identify risks, and report status to government and program leadership.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among technical teams, government representatives, and external partners to promote transparency and shared accountability.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, escalating issues to appropriate authorities in a timely and structured manner.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable DoD and DON policies, procedures, and reporting requirements throughout the program life cycle.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and documentation that convey program status, performance metrics, and resource utilization to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency, integration, and overall mission effectiveness.
Requirements:

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
  • A minimum of seven years of experience supporting IT program management or enterprise integration efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, contracts, or systems within a complex operational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting governance forums, task tracking, or integrated scheduling.
  • Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent recognized credential.
