Your Role

EF Miami Beach International Language Campus is seeking an empathetic, energetic, and highly organized individual to join our team as the Student Services Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both students and staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment while fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for all.

As a key link between all departments, the Student Services Coordinator plays a central role in campus operations, ensuring every day presents new and exciting challenges. Responsibilities include assisting with student arrivals, providing interdepartmental support, upholding great customer service, and community engagement. This dynamic position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the student experience.

This role is full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • To provide outstanding customer service and welcome students, parents, staff, and visitors as they arrive at the school
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Assist walk-in visitors with school information and sales pitch
  • To maintain excellent relationships with sales colleagues, giving prompt, consistent service
  • To support students in their daily life and enable them to achieve the best experience and highest learning possible
  • Participates in student intakes, including preparing welcome bags and producing student identification badges
  • Deals with general daily student enquiries at front desk
  • Support other departments projects or teams as needed
  • Assist with student satisfaction follow ups as and when required
  • Checks and accepts delivery of school supplies, student and staff letters and packages
  • Issues new staff with name badges and helps maintains school noticeboards
  • Ensures reception area is kept clean, tidy & presentable always

  • Confident with IT
  • Comfortable around teens and young adults
  • Enjoys working in a busy & varied service environment
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with ease & remain calm & positive under pressure
  • Flexible attitude to work and creative problem solver
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
  • Legally able to work in the US
  • 2nd language HUGE plus but not required
