Do you define coaching as more than just a scoreboard? We are seeking a compassionate, character-driven Football Coach to guide our student-athletes. We need a leader who prioritizes academic success, sportsmanship, and personal growth while teaching the fundamental principles of the game. Help us build a team defined by heart, integrity, and relentless teamwork!
QUALIFICTIONS
  • Prior football coaching preferred.
  • Strong ability to teach fundamentals and work with middle school student-athletes.
  • CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Completion of all required MHSAA and district coaching requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organize and conduct safe, structured, and effective daily practices.
  • Teach football fundamentals, techniques, position skills, and game strategy.
  • Promote academic success, positive behavior, and school attendance.
  • Model professionalism, integrity, and sportsmanship at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, administration, and the Athletic Director.
