What is a Manager Trainee?

A Manager Trainee is an entry-level employee who participates in a company’s management training program to learn the skills and responsibilities required for a managerial position. During the training period, they rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and team leadership. The goal is to prepare them for future management roles within the organization by providing mentorship and practical knowledge.
