Environmental Services Grave Shift Manager

Las Vegas, Nevada

Join the team as a Environmental Services Grave Shift Manager at Bellagio, where you'll play a key leadership role in maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience throughout the property. In this role, you'll oversee daily EVS/PAD operations, support team members, and help ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced resort environment.

Working closely with leadership and frontline teams, you'll drive service standards, support daily operations, and help create a clean, welcoming environment guests will remember.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

The Day-to-Day:

  • Oversee daily operations for the assigned shift while consistently providing professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Conduct frequent inspections of public areas, offices, back-of-house areas, and the casino to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Utilize scheduling and labor management knowledge to support efficient operations
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, training, and coaching skills while effectively working under time constraints with attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in EVS/PAD Management within a similar Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
