THE JOB:
Join our dynamic team as a Bartender at the coolest sports bar in the city, where your deep knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, and beverages will elevate the guest experience. You'll play a crucial role in crafting memorable moments and connecting with each guest, ensuring they feel understood and valued. Come help create a fun and inviting atmosphere for real sports fans to relax and enjoy every game!
STARTING PAY: $9.50 per hour plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed
  • Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the bar
  • Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available
  • Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork
  • Provide Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending
  • Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar
  • Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$9.50
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
The estimated annual tips this role could reasonably be anticipated to receive is: $0 - $16,400.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
