The therapists at Mind Renewal Counseling Ltd. operate in a remote work setting, providing the flexibility to manage their schedules while maintaining a high level of care. This position is ideal for professionals seeking a balanced work-life structure, as you will primarily engage with clients during traditional business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses to identify the mental health needs of clients.
• Create tailored treatment plans that align with the unique circumstances and therapeutic goals of each patient.
• Hold regular counseling sessions with clients, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address their challenges.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a collaborative and healing atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and assessments, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Refer clients to additional specialists or resources as needed to provide comprehensive care.

As a licensed therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clientele includes individuals and families from different backgrounds, each presenting unique needs that require empathetic understanding and skilled intervention. By providing effective therapy, you will help clients navigate their difficulties, leading them toward healthier lifestyles and enhanced interpersonal relationships.

• Valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Proven experience or specialized training in addiction counseling, emphasizing understanding and treatment methodologies.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders that inform your therapeutic approach.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire clients in their healing journey.

Mind Renewal Counseling Ltd. offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with experience and is designed to reflect the value you bring to our organization.
