As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Elevated Mind Psychotherapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments during initial therapy sessions to understand clients' needs and family dynamics.
• Facilitating individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for open communication and vulnerability.
• Creating personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and individual goals, integrating various therapeutic techniques.
• Applying evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to assist clients in identifying and changing dysfunctional patterns.
• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Participating in team meetings to share insight and collaborate on care strategies, enriching the support network for clients.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
