• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring your therapeutic approach to address each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals and meticulously track their progress through systematic documentation.
• Utilize teletherapy tools for virtual sessions, ensuring consistency of care for clients who may have difficulty attending in-person appointments.
• Maintain high ethical standards and accurate documentation of client interactions to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continued professional development by attending workshops and training sessions, thereby enhancing your clinical skills and staying informed about advancements in therapeutic practices.

As an LMFT at Empower Minds Therapy, you will work with individuals facing a range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients seek a compassionate and empathetic therapist to guide them through challenging periods in their lives, making your role essential in their journey to recovery and personal growth.

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• An empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to catalyze meaningful connections with clients experiencing life challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative tasks.
