Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to establish effective treatment strategies tailored to their specific situations.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities that promote personal development and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to define therapeutic goals and consistently monitor progress throughout the treatment process.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients who may have difficulty traveling to appointments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and contribute to a seamless flow of communication within the practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and remain informed on emerging trends and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing relationship challenges, addiction issues, trauma, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and a comfort level providing virtual therapy sessions.
• Background in trauma-informed care or experience working with marginalized populations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 based on experience and credentials.
