This full-time LMFT position is designed to be conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. While we strive to accommodate the busy lives of our clients, the role does require some evening and weekend hours to fit client appointments. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, couple, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Implement specific therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy to foster healing and growth.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans, collaborating with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure seamless, coordinated care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, along with risk assessments and safety planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at enhancing clients' therapeutic experiences and overall empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, with a commitment to professional ethics and best practices.

• Two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available.
