Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a remote clinical care team serving clients in Virginia. The LMFT in this role will provide therapy through telehealth, helping clients better understand patterns in their relationships, manage emotional stress, and work toward healthier communication and coping strategies.

The work is practical, client-centered, and consistent. You will conduct sessions, document care, adjust treatment plans, and provide professional support to clients navigating family strain, marriage concerns, conflict, stress, and major life changes. This role is designed for a therapist who wants to work remotely while still maintaining a strong clinical presence with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients in Virginia
