The Marriage Counseling Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This remote position allows you the flexibility to manage your schedule while working collaboratively with a supportive team of professionals. Our clinic offers a dynamic work environment focused on evidence-based practices and client-centered care, enabling our therapists to positively influence the lives of those they serve. Your work hours will be scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a predictable routine that helps balance both work and personal life.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to improve therapeutic techniques and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and community resources to facilitate holistic care and improved client outcomes.
• Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment to encourage open communication and trust between clients and therapists.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing a variety of challenges such as relationship issues, mental health disorders, trauma, and emotional distress. Our clinic focuses on delivering culturally competent and compassionate care tailored specifically to the unique needs of our clients in Corona and the surrounding areas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active LMFT license in California.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to create effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
• Experience working with families in distress, particularly in areas related to communication and conflict resolution.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
