Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW)
Location: Garland, TX (In-Office)
Annual Compensation: $59,000 - $67,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Garland, TX team. Thisposition offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group ofpsychologists, therapists, and registered dietitians in a supportive andprofessionally enriching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas.
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
  • Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
