Our mission is built upon the belief that by improving mental health access, we can contribute to an overall healthier society. As a leader in behavioral health, we pride ourselves on our commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.

Work Environment

This position operates within an outpatient office setting, with the flexibility of remote work arrangements. Our practice environment is collaborative and supportive, emphasizing both professional and personal well-being. We foster a culture that values work/life balance, making it easier for our therapists to provide high-quality care without sacrificing personal time.

Key Responsibilities

The LMFT will play a critical role in assessing and treating clients through a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations to understand clients' challenges and formulate effective treatment plans.
  • Delivering individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to foster personal growth, emotional healing, and improved mental health outcomes.
  • Collaboratively establishing therapeutic goals with clients and diligently tracking progress to ensure effective treatment.
  • Documenting client interactions and progress accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
  • Regular participation in team meetings and clinical supervision to continually enhance therapeutic skills and share insights with colleagues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT with our organization, you will primarily work with adult clients, and possibly adolescent populations, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your role is vital in providing specialized support that empowers clients to overcome personal obstacles and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • You must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice as an LMFT within the state of Georgia.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on individual and family therapy.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an ability to adapt methodologies to the needs of your clients.
Preferred Experience

While the minimum experience required is two years, we appreciate applicants who bring additional experience, particularly in working with diverse populations and specific therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems theory. Fluency in a second language is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a broader client base.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive annual salaries ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, accompanied by a generous sign-on bonus. Our compensation structure reflects our commitment to recognizing the value of our therapists.

  • Flexible work schedules that promote a healthy balance between work and personal life.
  • A supportive and collegial work environment that encourages collaboration and professional development.
  • Access to a Long-Term Incentive Program which includes annual stock awards for outstanding performance.
  • Full administrative support to allow our therapists to focus on client care rather than administrative burdens.
  • Continuing education opportunities to foster professional growth and enhance clinical skills.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Health Relieve Psychotherapy Center, we are committed to nurturing the professional growth of our team members. As part of our practice, you will have opportunities for advancement within the organization. We encourage ongoing training, mentoring, and leadership roles for those looking to further their careers in mental health.

Why Join Our Team

By joining our organization, you will be part of a rapidly growing team that is making a real difference in the communities we serve. Your expertise as an LMFT will contribute significantly to our mission of providing accessible and effective mental health care. Our collaborative culture and dedication to excellence mean you will be well-supported and equipped to deliver the highest quality of care.
