Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and progress.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, session summaries, and treatment outcomes to track progress effectively.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, employing sound clinical judgment to support clients during critical moments.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate integrated care for clients.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards for practice, including maintaining confidentiality and following state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing an array of challenges ranging from relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will be instrumental in nurturing healthier relationships and enhancing emotional resilience in clients of all ages, with a particular focus on evidence-based practices that yield positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Proven experience in providing therapy services, preferably in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively handle client caseloads and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits
