Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while you engage with clients through teletherapy. The typical working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a predictable schedule that promotes a healthy balance between your personal and professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Calm Again Therapy, your primary focus will be to deliver empathetic and effective therapy sessions. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.
• Facilitating couple and family therapy sessions, helping to mediate conflicts and improve communication between members.
• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs and goals.
• Maintaining meticulous records of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care strategies that enhance client outcomes and foster holistic healing.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions and workshops to refine your therapeutic techniques and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
