Calm Again Therapy, LLC is excited to announce an opening for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated outpatient care team. This full-time position will allow you to provide meaningful therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families in a remote setting while helping to facilitate mental health and wellness.

You will be part of a collaborative team of mental health professionals working at a community health clinic that prioritizes holistic care. Engage in regular virtual meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and create tailored treatment plans to optimize care for clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs during initial consultations to identify therapeutic goals and appropriate treatment approaches.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, facilitate couple’s counseling, and lead family therapy programs tailored to the clients’ specific dynamics and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment strategies that incorporate best practices and evidence-based methodologies to enhance client outcomes and promote long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and patient progress in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in regular team collaboration meetings to contribute to interdisciplinary care planning and share therapeutic insights that promote a higher standard of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development training to deepen clinical skill sets and stay abreast of new approaches and techniques in the field of marriage and family therapy.

This position primarily serves a diverse array of clients within the community health clinic model. Our clientele includes individuals and families experiencing various challenges including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. As a therapist, you will play a vital role in facilitating their journey towards healing and empowerment.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Maryland.
• Knowledge of best practices in therapy and thorough documentation standards is essential.
• Strong organizational capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills crucial for building rapport with clients.

A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is required. Experience with varied treatment methodologies, couples and family dynamics, or trauma-informed care will be beneficial. Comfort with remote therapy practices and technologies is preferred but not mandatory.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
