Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate customized treatment plans that promote recovery, resilience, and personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment effectiveness and share insights about client progress.
  • Participate in ongoing education and supervision sessions to refine therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
