Program: Trailways Behavioral Health Outpatient & Crisis Services
Reports To: Clinical Director / Administrator
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

The Therapist provides outpatient and crisis mental health services to individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy, completing Medicaid-compliant documentation, and participating in care coordination. The role includes crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and stabilization services. Therapists collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to support client safety, stability, and long-term wellness. Must hold or be eligible for Nevada licensure, LCSW, LMFT, CPC, or intern level equivalent. Experience with severe mental illness, homelessness, substance use, and Medicaid documentation preferred.
