Job description

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Cardiology (Electrophysiology) - A leading healthcare employer in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is seeking to hire an experienced, board certified Electrophysiologist to join an established and growing practice Arlington, Texas. This is a great opportunity to join a robust and collegial team of physicians across multiple locations. The group has demonstrated strong momentum, with several new physician additions to the team last twelve months alone.
The EP practice is high-volume and physician-driven, with case volumes ranging from 300 to 600 ablations and devices annually depending on the individual physician's practice style and focus. Call coverage is EP-specific, with calls generally coordinated through the cardiology team a structure that allows EP physicians to focus on their subspecialty without being pulled into general cardiology call. EP physicians manage most device patients within the group, providing a strong and consistent revenue stream. An ambulatory surgery center is available, with anesthesia support coordinated as needed.
Compensation is commensurate with experience and among the most competitive in the specialty.
