Job description

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Develop and implement dimensional inspection methods and techniques.
  • Performย D.O.E. response dimensional inspections.
  • Conduct dimensional inspections forย modified and full First Articles.
  • Performย Gage R&R studiesย to evaluate measurement system capability.
  • Conductย Capability Studiesย and analyze results.
  • Review inspection and study results with appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with identifying and resolvingย metrology and measurement-related issues.
  • Support other quality and dimensional inspection activities as needed.
  • Assist with training and developingย Dimensional Inspector Trainees.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • College degreeย or 4+ years of metrology experience.
  • Strong understanding ofย GD&T and programming.
  • Proficiency inย blueprint reading.
  • Knowledge ofย Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Commitment to manufacturing safety and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and work effectively with others.
