- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient production
- Complete SNAP / Provers pre/final commissioning across assigned geographic areas.
- Complete Bell Strapping and certification processes Complete SNAP / Provers site Calibrations / Certification process
- Provide SNAP Customer support/field Problem Resolution (Hardware and software)
- Support SNAP training at customer sites Provide phone product support
- Perform statistical Data analysis to drive resolution to problems / drive development
- Drive Continuous Product improvement using data from field learnings
- Drive resolution to SNAP field product technical issues using gas metrology fundamentals
- Manage assigned customer accounts using Project management tools
- Facilitates/Supports team lean initiatives and improvements.
